      In the status bar the UTC & calendar date are shown in this format:
      21/12/2019 HH:MM:SS UTC
      in local time the format is:
      21-Dec-19 HH:MM:SS (local time)
      Can the SDRuno.ini file be edited to have the calendar display as DD-Mmm-YY using UTC in the status bar?
