SDRplay RSP1A with SDRtouch on Android V4.4.2

I should be obliged if someone could advise me as to the basic requirements to get the SDRplay RSP1A,including the SDRplay Android driver,
to work with SDRtouch on a Samsung SM-T320 running Android V 4.4.2.
