The unit installed and worked fine for months, until a bad lightning storm last night. Unit is now not recognized in device manager, tried different port, different cable, different computer, still receive no RSP found message. I’m thinking an indirect hit as no other equipment effected. No windows chime when plugin or unplug. Have ticket submitted with one response already with suggestions, all of which have been attempted. Wanted to join the forum and get others opinions.
