      Sorry newbie alert.
      Well it’s arrived and I thought simple I’ve done a bit of reading and checking out so there should be no problem.
      How wrong could I be. after almost 6 hours I just can’t get the device to install.
      I get an err 28 with the driver installation, can’t get past it.
      I’ve disabled the Anti virus but no it still will not install.
      If there are any kind persons who can point me to the answer , please do.
      I have gone through page after page of possible problems, none have done the trick.
      Windows 10 Pro, fully updated, RSPdx hot from ML&S today. and topping it off with a lot of frustration into why it’s not working

        Hi Princy. It’s quiet here, you’ll get a far quicker response by raising a support ticket via the ‘Support’ tab on the main page. There’s also a Facebook Group which is busy and helpful, also from the main page.

          Hi Andy2,
          Thanks for the advice. I have done that and got it working now.
          At the end of it all I have reinstalled some 5+ times I have no idea why it took so long to actually register with registry. Very strange indeed.
          Tech_support were talking to me even though it was weekend.
          I now will spend some time learning how it all works.
