I synced the RSPuno with my IC-7100. Just using one example on a 41 meter broadcast frequency with both rigs using my MLA-30 loop antenna, what is the expected performance of each rig.
In my specific scenario, when I switched back and forth between the two, the 7100 had significantly stronger copy with the noise floor noticeably less than than the RSPdx. Is this to be expected or might my setup have been faulty?
I realize the 7100 cost 4 or 5x as much, but I’m not sure how much of that cost difference is devoted to the transmit function of the 7100.
