Hello everyone , I have my RSP1a hooked up to my Yaesu amateur radio and am very happy with the setup so far . Its hooked to my external ant port . I would like to monitor another portion of the band , from 26.000 to 28.000 mhz , commercial and as well as 11 meter CB in that range . Problem is that I can only seem to get a frequency span of 390 kHz in that area .
On 10 meter ham band , I can cover from 28.000 to 29.800 mhz so Im wondering why there is such a big difference there ? I read thru the manual for this info and came across a few things but cannot seem to find the correct adjustments to stretch out the span .
What am i missing and yes , I am a total newbie to SDR and also have dyslexia which makes the understanding of the info I’m looking at , quite a darn challenge .
Any guidance or help would be great , much appreciated .

In case anyone else comes across this , its the LIF setting , had to be changed to ZIF .
