    This is USA Satcom and as i look back at emails we exchanged (starting back in Sept of 2019) it appears there was some issue in getting activation codes to be recognized on your PC. Normally this is not a problem for users, however, i am happy to help you if you still want to trial the SW – do contact me at the same email you used before and we can arrange a Team Viewer session, i can get things running for you if you want my help.
