    You only get the choice of both SR and DEC buttons when in Zero IF (ZIF) mode. In Low IF (LIF) mode you get only the DEC button, as the SR is fixed at 2 MHz. If you use the ‘amateur band’ buttons to select the frequency you will not see either button as both are fixed to ‘frame’ the band.
