      I am using a sdrplay dx with Omni Rig on a Yaesu FTDX3000

      When transmitting the microphone stay keyed and won’t release.

      Any help would be appreciated

        Check the DTR and RTS settings in Omnirig.

        I did a FTDX-3000 video a while back, it should show it.

          Tried your settings, omni-rig settings. Still hangs up not everytime but often enough that is really a problem

            Maybe reset your radio? When I had the 3000, the menu was left stock (except what I changed in the video) and the latest firmware was installed.
