Jim. If you are having a problem and no-one here knows the answer, just raise a support ticket from the main site. It’s explained how to do it and you’ll get a response from the SDRPlay guys quickly.
Go to Support/support centre and you should see something that reads:

Welcome to the Support Center

In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket. Please note that we are unable to provide support for general radio issues, antennas, third party hardware, how to compile software for Linux or for any other software not actually developed by SDRplay. If your enquiry relates to any such issues, we suggest that you post your question on an online forum dedicated to your subject of interest.
